38th Georgia Infantry

James D. Rice - ( James David Rice ) Pvt. 10/15/1861. Discharged December 3, 1861. Discharged Dec 28th, 1861, due to both legs rendered useless by chronic rheumatism, according to CSA service records. Eighteen years of age at discharge.
He apparently went home just long enough to recoup records show he re-enlisted in the Ga State Line 2nd Regt Co E until sometime in 1864,research done by D. Boney. Are there any pics available of this Ga State Line 2ND REGT CO E? I have an individual pic of him but nothing on his unit.

Robert Larkin Young was in the unit reffered to Avery's moutain dragoons or i think 4th Ga Vol Cav, are there any source's with pic's as well on this unit?
