* This company was successively designated as (Old) Company H and (New) Company D, 13th Regiment Georgia Infantry, and Company F, 26th Regiment Georgia Infantry. The 13th Regiment Georgia Infantry (Col. C. W. Styles) appears to have been organized in August, 1861. The regiment was reorganized about May 10, 1862, and the designation changed to the 26th Regiment Georgia Infantry
