ok my apologies im still looking through documents on the Georgia virtual vault website and come across another pension paper dated 1891. It clearly states on this paperwork the 36th regt Georgia Volunteers company C?? . Enlisted May 1862 til December 19 1864 in the Western Army. Witnesses: James A Rollins, G W Chatham, A J Vauhn, Ruth C Hawkins.
Now as i look further into these papers there is one dated January 27, 1894 that states Co G of the 43rd Ga Volunteers. Im not sure if her memory was failing at this time or not. There are also 2 different powers of attorney one dated 1893 the other dated January 1895, seems to me this drug out for several years. Another document states he was in the 43rd Ga Volunteers Captain Dwights company(no date). Well maybe the witness information provided will help clarify...thanks again
