Company C ,Cavalry Battalion, 4th Brigade,Georgia State Troops

I'am not sure; but since this unit was originally part of the Fourth Brigade of Georgia
Volunteers,Georgia State Troops. They may have been issued the regulation Ga. State Troop uniform: gray wool kepi, gray jacket w/epaulets, gray trousers w/ black stripe.

Added note* my ancestors were at this camp during the same time(6/11/-8/2 1861)
with the 2nd Reg't Infantry and would have "fought" in a mock skirmish with your ancestirs on the parade ground; as shown on the map.
