Ken is working on a Confederate Graves database for the state of Georgia. I just looked on the data base, there are 4 men with the last name of Hart listed, none match the one you are looking for. But I know that he is working on several hundred names to be added to the database soon. It is a remote possibility that he has his name in his records but just has not posted it yet.
