Abner Sirmans was a private in Co. H, 29th GA Infantry; service records indicate he was absent and sick; last card in file was dated Dec. 1862.

John T. Sirmans was a private in Co. G, 29th GA Infantry; enlisted as a private 8/1/1861 in Savannah. Captured by the 14th Army Corps (US) near Atlanta, 8/7/1864; sent to Camp Chase, Ohio where he died of variola 12/7/1864. Buried @ Camp Chase in grave # 717.

William G. Sirmans was a private in Co. K, 29th GA Infantry; enlisted as a private 10/1/1861 in Berrien County, GA. Captured 7/22/1864 in Atlanta; sent to Camp Chase, Ohio where he was paroled 5/2/1865.

All the above was found on Fold3.
