I believe that Mr. Hodge has answered my question in his reply post of 27 December 2006, regarding the multi-volume work "Roster of Confederate Graves" published by the UDC. I have found that the Clayton Library in Houston, TX, where I often go to research, has it so hopefully I will find something on my next visit.
