I was just in Athens on 9/11/07 looking through Oconee Hills Cemetary for my ancestors. With the help of the Sexton for the cemetary, I was able to locate the graves of Capt. Henry Beusse and wife, my great grandfather. My grandfather was Carlton G. Beusse, brother of Jesse H that wrote the Beusse and Evans family book. My father was Allie Dorsey Beusse. I would be interested in learning more about the history of the family. Curious as to why the different spellings of the name - there appear to be a sequence of Beussee names in the cemetary.
