William Bundrum was the brother of James B Bundrum. John Bundrum and there was William Bundrum. This William Bundrum was killed in Lenoir Count North Carolina in Kinston on the Neuse River. He was wounded in a battle. James Bundrum had about 12 children. My greatgrandfather Andrew Bundrum was one of them. He was born in Paulding County Georgia and James B Bundrum his father was born in Monroe Georgia in Walton County. He is burried somewhere near Rome Georgia and his wife is burried in New Hope Baptist Church cemetery. Her name was Mary Bundrum..Your link is in the name. They were of French descent. The surname for the family is Bondurant(Bundrum, Bundren Bonner). They were descendents of Jean Pierre Bondurant and Anne Faure Bondurant of Glenolhoc France. They come to Manakintowne Virginia in 1691 to help establish a colony.
