Here is one possibility.

Pvt. S. J. Wood, Pvt., Capt. John H. Tiller's Co., Echol's Georgia Light Artillery, is recorded on a company muster roll for the period March/April, 1864, n.d., having enlisted October 11, 1863 at Dseatur [?] Ga for the war or 3 years, Received no pay, Recorded; Present; Remarks, Prov Guard[s?], Talllessee, not enlisted to [?], Bounty; Received no pay.

There was only one card in his service record file. You'd have to get a copy of his file to perhaps make sense out of this.

Good hunting,

George Martin
