Thank you for your information. Would you know who the General was over the 65th infantry? I believe my great grandfather served in the infantry and am trying to find out all that I can. His name was Eli Miller and maybe was in the hospital in Knoxville TN. I do not know if wounded or sick. If you have any info about soldiers in this unit and the hospital please let me know.
