I am not aware of an on-line list of "inmates" (that's what they called them!) of the Georgia Confederate Home. The Georgia Department of Archives and History does have all of the existant records of the home, but that is going to require a trip. The Georgia Archives are now located immediately adjacent to the Southeast Regional National Archives office. They have some on-line indices which may get you started. A very user-friendly archvies, by the way, once you get there. If you live way off, I supect you can either arrange an interlibarayr loan of the film, or purchase the one or two reels which cover the Confederate Home.

I am not aware of a published inventory for Westview Cemetery as a whole, but the Georgia Division of the UDC published a series of softbound books 15-20 years ago which listed the graves of Confederates by county, if the grave was marked with a governmnet issued stone. There is an inventory of the Confederate Home Section in Westview under Fulton County. Its not called that, if I recall, but that's what it is. But you've got to have access to a pretty good sized library in Georgia to carry those books. I can't recall the name of them for love nor money. Perhaps someone who lives in Georgia can give you the name.

I do not know if there is a similar listing of the graves in the Confederate Home section of the Marietta Confederate Cemetery.
