Thomas Wade Crouch was the son of Joseph Crouch and Elizabeth Joiner. Thomas Wade Crouch had a brother William born about 1838. I was not aware that William as well as Thomas Wade had died at Gettysburg, I would be interested in any information on this. I am a descendent of Thomas Wade Crouch, however I live in Australia and have only patchy knowledge of my American ancestors.

John T Crouch and William Silas Crouch were cousins of Thomas Wade and William, being the sons of George Crouch, Joseph Crouch's brother. William Silas does appear to have been born about 1849, and he certainly did not die at Gettysburg. However his cousin is the William Crouch in question.
