Barry after looking around a little bit more I don't think that person in the Marietta cemetary is your guy since he died in August and was in Chattanooga. He died before the battle of chicamauga which occured in September and they were the only men dug up and buried in Marietta after the war. I went to the Chattanooga Confederate Cemetery website and found him buried there in an unmarked grave:

Died on August 20, 1863 in the Academy Hospital at Chattanooga, Tennessee, less than one month before the Confederate withdrawal. Death Claim filed on December 4, 1863 by Sarah A. Wyatt, widow, with 2nd Aud. C.S. Treasury. One of over 1750 unknown Confederates buried in the Chattanooga Confederate Cemetery on Third Street downtown Chattanooga, TN. James is the son of William C. & Mariam Wyatt of Chestnut Creek, Autauga County, AL.
