My Ancester Franklin M. Walters was a member of Co H, 15th GA infantry Regiment from Hall co, Ga and was captured at the battle of Gettysburg, PA on July 3rd 1832 and spent the rest of the War as a POW at Ft.McHenry, Baltimore MD then at Pea Patch Island, DE untill the War was over, then was Paroled home to Hall County Ga. His wife was Eliza J. O`Barr. Can I find out if she ever applied for a Pension? He died in GA in 1871. THANKS! Merkel Walters May 10/2008
