I went to the WebBBS support forum and posted this question about problems setting up profiles. They visited our site and setup their profiles (erase them later) by clicking on the Edit Profile key. So try it with the Edit Profile Key. It wasn't working properly earlier so I came up with a "workaround" of hitting the enter key after typing-in the password. Apparently, that doesn't work now. You might also ask Mahlon Erickson and/or Glenn Jones how they setup their profiles.
