Arrest of Col. Wm. Weer

I am interested in the arrest of Col. William Weer in July of 1862 by one of his subordinate officers, Col. Frederick Salomon, during the Indian Expedition. A court martial was held when they returned to Ft. Scott by Gen. Blunt. Would the details of those proceedings be available anywhere?

The accounts in the O.R. give some details but do not get any impression of the severity. I know that Salomon was commissioned a Brig. Gen. USV at the same time and Weer continued with his rank.

Any comments or suggestions are welcome on this one.
