Folks,

I am writing to plead with all of you to please go read the editorial at Civil War Interactive...its a truely sad and disgusting description of how the last important piece of the Franklin battlefield is being destroyed by the people that should be charged with protecting it, the Williamson Co. Board of Commisioners. People, PLEASE read this and write...its the last chance that we have to stop this insanity from the people that have no respect for what our ancestors gave there on November 30th, 1864. Even if your ancestors were in the Eastern Theatre we are ultimately all in the same boat. Please take a few minutes of your time to flood their mailboxes with an outcry.
