According to William D. Welge, Director of our Archives & Manuscripts Division, this was compiled by Dr. Foreman in 1928.

There is a bound set in the OHS Library. The original loose-leaf typescript is in the Archives. A microfilm copy is also in the Archives. We have a photocopied set is here at the Battlefield.

The Friends of the Archives is planning a CD-ROM containing this and other Confederate materials in the collection, but no certain release date has been determined.
