My husband is Cree First Nation. We are civil War reenactors. He would like to properly represent his Native people when he is on the field. We are aware that there were no Cree in this war. Does anyone know where we can find good photos showing what the Native men wore and the type of weapons they carried?
Also, what was the situation for social reprocussion for a woman who married a Native man?
