Though I've never seen this unit identified in the OR's, I have seen references to a Northwest Frontier Brigade (Confederate) under the command of Col. Roswell W. Lee. Apparently it included: Broke(n) Arm's Osage Battalion, George Washington's Caddo Squadron and Maj. J.W. Cooper's Battalion.

Is there any detailed information about this brigade and did it actually or officially exist?

Also, does anyone have any detail on the service of Washington's Caddos and Broke(n) Arm's Osage Battalion?
