You and the other folks at the Civil War in Indian Territory website were so helpful in my research for the article I wrote, that I wanted to say thanks again! I also noticed that you host several other websites, one being on research for soldiers that fought in Arkansas, and Louisiana. I am trying to research the details of my great-great- grandfather's death. He was a riverboat captain that was killed near (Natchez, La.?) by friendly fire. Also, a couple of great-great uncles captured in Georgia and sent to prison camps in the north. Do you or any of the wonderful people on your site know where I might begin?
