Fellow Members:
Tonight I finally got around to reading my 'The Chronicles of Oklahoma', Volume LXXIX, Number Four, Winter 2001-2002.
Under 'Minutes of the OHS Quarterly Board Meeting' I read that Mr. Ralph Jones, Superintendent of the Honey Springs Battlefield was presented his Thirty-Year Service Pin during the meeting.
It is through the hard work and dedication of people like Ralph Jones that our history is being preserved for posterity. I congratulate Mr. Jones on his accomplishments, and I pray he continues to serve us in the future as he has in the past.
Kind regards,
Glenn Jones (no relation)
