39th GA Soldiers filing Pensions in Oklahoma

I am looking for the locations where the Oklahoma Indigent Soldier's and Widow's Pensions can be found in libraries or archives. I am looking for an economical way an out of state person can obtain copies of these pension applications. The state of Oklahoma charges too much for my taste.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Respectfully,
