The Brig. Gen. Douglas H. Cooper Camp No. 819, Atoka, is gearing up for it's Third Annual Battle of Perryville sponsored by the Camp. Cdr. Carl Monk, Adj. Ron Hull, members and wives have been busy preparing for this annual event in south-central Oklahoma. The camp has been holding workdays and as of this date have completed three buildings for the re-enactment. Three to four more log buildings will be built to complete this year's preparation.
