Dear Ralph,

Don't feel bad, you're not the first person to have this problem and I've asked the software designer to do something about it.

When you first create, not edit an existing profile, just fill-in all the information, links, pictures, etc. Then type in a password in the space provided and hit the ENTER or RETURN key.

Don't click on the EDIT PROFILE button!

Once you have your profile posted you WILL use the EDIT PROFILE key in the future. You just don't use it a the time of creation of your profile.

Try it again and tell me if this works.
