After reading some of the recent posts about locations of refugee camps for the pro-Confederate Cherokees I had a question, does any one know of areas that the pro-Union Cherokees fled to? I have read some references to the Ft. Scott area in Kansas, but I was wondering if there were any in Missouri as well. Thanks.
