Sorry, I'm kind of late getting into this. But I just wanted to point out that Una McIntosh was indeed D. N. (Daniel Newnan)McIntosh. He was named after Col. Daniel Newnan who led a Georgia militia unit in the Patriot War in Florida 1812-1813 and later became a prominent Georgia politician. Apparently Chief William McIntosh knew and admired Newnan and named his son after him. So, Newnan became "Una" or "Oona."
