Thank you for all the information and also for saying you don't consider "Pin" as a negative term. Personally, I don't see it as negative either, but I guess it just depends on which perspective you look at it from.

You seem to have a lot of good information about the 3rd Regiment. Can you recommend any research sources or can you suggest any books to read about the subject?
