Does anyone have further information on this skirmish? Date, participants involved, etc?

If this is part of Phillips' Expedition of Feb 1864 it is considerably further west than I would have expected. There were reports in the Spring of 1864 that Union scouts had been seen around Camp McIntosh, which was on the road between Ft Arbuckle and Ft Cobb, but these were not confirmed and the ORs don't report any "engagement".
