The surnames you mention are familiar and on the rosters. There are a couple of "John Daniel", many Ballards but no "Randolph" (there are Ballards that were Pins in the Union Indian Home Guards too). "Int" Beck? What would "Int" be a nickname for? I wonder if Boudinot is Elias C. Boudinot or his son Cornelius -- Elias C. is Stand Watie's nephew.
I'm assuming you know generally where Echo was located as this is where Echo Bay is on Grand Lake.
There are some Cherokee property records on microfilm at the Muskogee Library in the Grant Foreman Room. I don't know if they also have these in Tulsa or elsewhere. They are record of sales or inheritance of improvements (Cherokee didn't own "land", just their improvements on it). Considering how they are worded, using adjacent geographical features and neighbors are references, they might tell who was living near who and the extent of the land they used for farming or grazing.
