Another confusing date. Obviously, I haven't dug into it very deeply (I was hoping someone else had!), but it appeared to me that there may have been two 79th USCT or the number was reused??? I see reports that the undersized unit was consolidated with other units but the numeric designation continues to come up at later dates.
