and I would have to say that Debo's change of position is very questionable. One can certainly assert that since she was being paid by payne county when she was working on her new position that a conflict of interest existed. After she took her stance their was some evidence that she had second thoughts.

Their is another source that claims that both places are in fact the correct location because of how spread out the loyal indians were at the time. I find this reasoning not that rational as well. I seem to recall that person's name was Scot Bahos or something to that effect. It was also found in the chronicals of Ok.
