Stephen, I have the 1967 edition of this book. Page 56 gives the location as Sec 19, T 18 N, R 19 E. Northeast of Wagoner about seven miles, and about two miles east of U S Hwy 69.

It does not say the site is underwater.

I will check my copy of The Civil War Era in Indian Territory by Fischer and Ghost Towns of OK to see if there is anything there.
