I am looking for any information about a Harvey Fowler, Born in MO 1847. He was a Cherokee Indian and he was in the 2nd California Infantry, during the Civil War. He was an Indian scout and interpreter and the CA infantry only saw action in Northern CA and Nevada during the Civil War.
He was married to a wife named Nellie, born in CA 1857. She was also Cherokee Indian.
