Grogan, Lacy & Wright of Cherokee Mtd Volunteers

Ken Martin,
.
Egg on my face. .. Two questions.
.
1) William Lacy vs. William D. Lacy.
.
I had a William Lacy in Stand Watie's 1st Company "I", Cherokee Mtd. Volunteers plus a William D. Lacey in a Denton County militia. ..And yes, I assumed that they were the same person. ..Thank you for pointing that out.
.
1a) Who as the "William Lacy" in Stand Watie's 1st Company 'I', Cherokee Mtd. Volunteers?

2) Grogan. ..Do you have ANY Grogans listed in the Cherokee Mounted Vols.? .. ... “Grogan H.B. Standwaite” ... in VERY hard-to-read handwriting is on the page with the Apr 9, 1865 listing of 107 prisoners, many of which were kids. ..That H.B. could have been "W.R.", "M.P.", (or an "L.B. Grogan" cited immediately below are Grogan entries from my index). ..Another fly in the ointment is that the surname could have been Brogan, etc. ..And since this was in 1865, these kids could have joined the outfit late in the war after good records were kept or were just kids tagging along.

3) Here is the skinny on four more kids in the Cherokee Mtd Vols.
.
3a) George Washington Bourland (1846-1885), Cpl, 2d Co. H of the Cherokee Mtd. Vols., son of Nancy Hood (d-1853) and John McElroy Bourland (c1804-1852) who left 10 minor children that uncle Col. James Bourland adopted. This George named his son George Wright Bourland.
.
3b) George Washington Higgins Wright (1848 Lincoln Co TN-1929 Carter Co OK) and m,1-Mary Ellen Redwine, m,2-Lavinia Paralee Geurin/ Guerin; applied for an Oklahoma CSA Pension — denied due to no discharge papers (2d Co A, Cherokee Mtd Vols, CSA), A-351
.
3c) John Eliot Wright (1841 Lincoln Co TN-1923 Shasta Co CA) and m-Mary Ellen Lowe (2d Co A, Cherokee Mtd Vols, CSA), A-351
.
3d) William Tucker Wright (1844 Lincoln Co TN-1906 Greene Co MO) and m-Mary Elizabeth Burrow (2d Co A, Cherokee Mtd Vols), A-351
.
Some Wright descendants are convinced that their brother, T.J. Wright, also served with Stand Watie. As you know, Lincoln County Tennessee, where these kids were born, was Cherokee country.
.
3e) Thomas Jefferson Wright (1846 Lincoln Co TN-1928 Alameda Co CA); m-1875 Hunt Co TX to Laura Josephine Bourland. ..G.W. Bourland (1846-1885, above) in their home for the 1880 Hunt Co TX cen.
