I came across a document that has soldier's addresses who attended a reunion at Wilson's Creek in 1897. One of the veteran's address is listed as Eli, IT. I have no idea where that might have been. Any ideas? The listing is full of misspellings...Clarimor, Chelsch, etc. so this could also be a misspelling. Other towns listed were Tulsey, Tuskegee, Supulpa (sic), Sac & Fox (probably Stroud area). Also a town called Cameron, IT. I think this is located close to Poteau. The document can be found at the library at Wilson's Creek National Battlefield for further study.
