Re: Bushwacker Anthony Wright
In Response To: Bushwacker Anthony Wright ()

I have an ancestor Henry Brannock (wife Sibby Dickens)who was bushwacked in Missouri in about 1864. From family stories, he was killed because he had son Elias Brannick siding with the North and younger son Eli Branic siding with the South. Eli was under the command of Stand Watie's Cherokee Mounted Volunteers.
Is there an account of Wright's victims?

Thank you,
Darrell
