Hi,
I live in wichita kansas and up until gas went nuts I metal detected Civil War sites in south east Missouri where I grew up.
Now it costs to much to go Back their so I thought I should start studying the Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and kansas areas to find some closer hunt sites.
Can you all recommend books on the civil war in this area? general and specific sites.
