Tefertiller family info

I am looking for information re my gr gr grandfather Marion W Tefertiller Thru history the name has been spelled (misspelled) many ways He enlisted in the 29th TX Cav (CSA) in aprox 1862-63 in Denton Tx He is shown on the 1860 census with a wife named Mary (apparently his 2nd wife) and my Gr Grandfather George B Tefertiller We have found him on a 29th Cav roll but never on any official Govt rolls He disappeared and no one knows what happened to him His wife Mary is found buried in Dye Mound Tx with a grave nearby with a son named M.W. Tefertiller She had remarried and her name was then Mary Freeland Mary Freeland shows up on a 1900 census in Chickasaw ("county") Indian Territory as again a widow with a grandson named Fred McLindon. Mary's stone in Dye Mound cemetery says she died in 1910 I would like to contact anyone with any info on any of these people so I might find out what happened to my Gr Gr Grandfather and maybe where he is buried Some spellings of Tefertiller maybe Tefeteller Tefteller Terfiter Tefenteller Thank You!
