Re: Camp:Little Boggy C.N.(letter)

Ken,
Thanks you sir for the link: And yes 'Phil was a 'Clever' writter he wanted you to know he was a Texan and it looked like help was on
coming from Texas! He spoke in to General terms to find out anything about this -unknown-author- to me this letter do not sound like a
soldier letter more like-- DeMorse? but I doubt we will never know any more about the truth.

Location:[PERRYVILLE ROAD]--No known road by this name exisited.

Military term-(to me)to guard a road into /from a town (Perryville)

Boggies to west and south of Perryville roads only)
Both your location S Perryville boggy's and my location W Perryville boggy's both have direct roads Via,Ft Smith-Boggy Depot road
both locations match the letter location.

And yes I did read the May 12,1863 Creek Nation letter-march from Ft Arbuckle to Cochran and across the Boggies. (Butler Creek letter)
I tryed once to post this but -Ken post his first- and mine was deleted-he who types slow, start over.Danny K.
