Hello, I have an ancestor, Joseph Gabriel James (1824-1875) who I believe might have fought with the 35th Texas Cavalry. In the 1860 Census he and his family were living in Canton, Smith County, Texas. After the war he moved to Kaufman, Texas. If someone has a roster I would really appreciate a confirmation of this information.
