I know that the University of Arkansas--Fayettevile has all these rolls and I would assume that University of Oklahoma does also. Also National Archives and Records Administration Microfilm Publication, Microcopy 574, Special Files, Office of Indian Affairs. Look especially at File 201 which is on Roll 60--Loyalty of Indians in the Southern Superintendency and Assistance to Refugee Indians. The file has letters back and forth among Union Indian Office officials and from some of the missionaries that were forced out of the Indian Territory (most of the letters cited in Abel). If you send me an e-mail I send you a pdf. of the descriptive pamphlet (couldn't attach it here) there are 85 rolls of film in all, among them:

File 134, Claims of the Loyal Choctaw and Chickasaw, (a pretty short file!) Roll 27

The Loyal Creek Claims have not been microfilmed and are still in manuscript at the National Archives in D.C. However, I think that Lance Hall has a transcript of the abstract of the claims at his Creek Indian Researcher site.
