Alberty's Lick?

Hello,

Location Inquiry

I was wondering if anyone knows where a place called "Alberty's Lick" was or is? It was mentioned by Col. William A. Phillips in a correspondence to Gen. Blunt on April 2, 1863. Phillips wrote that he had some men making salt at that place. Phillips wrote from Camp Park Hill. The text is in the OR at XXII/2 [S#33] ar33_191. Thanks for any info.
