I'm in the Confederate Service Records--Misc., under the name J. Mc. Allen, and there's a receipt from Camp In?fahtah, C. N. (and that might not be an I), dated March 29, 1862. Received of George C. Deneale $25 in payment of clothing and $50 of the bounty provided for by the regulations governing the army of the Confederate States. Any idea of the correct spelling of the Camp? I'd like to annotate it in Footnote.com.
