Ken,
I have some first hand knowledge on Krebbs/Krebs--they were a large Choctaw family from Ms. named of 15-of Placide Krebbs-his Dau Cillen Krebbs married (Col.) Tandy Walker also was a Capt. Alfred Krebbs brother/inlaw-C.S.A.-he had (4)a brother Joseph also.--
-A Station was near the(M.K.T.) Texas-Kansas-Mo. trail-on the cross road of the Cailf.trail from Ft Smith via Edwards/-area-S Canadian,---------- This mail station is not far from the Creek Nation-and just a few miles south of the S. Canadian --later after the war coal was found, and the town of Krebs was Est.--a few miles-near this old mail station/ site, with the railroad, etc.

Season's- Best.
