I can't find anything that would suggest Bourland was at Webber Falls and can't imagine why he would be. It is possible, of course, but all the references I can find around that time period refer to him being on the frontier. There is a Nov 1 1863 letter from McCulloch that says "...in his absence..." but nothing that suggested he was with Watie our Bankhead. He of course may have had couriers that went to/from Watie and Bankhead at anytime. I'll keep an eye out, though.

I bought Moncrief's book on Ft Arbuckle. I haven't read it yet except for the short chapter on the Civil War -- I have nothing good to say about it.
