Does anyone know how I can get in touch with Larry Dobbs, the compiler of the Oklahoma Confederate Pension Index. I believe he is an employee of the Oklahoma Department of Archives or the Oklahoma Department of Libraries. He is also a member of the SCV, presumably in Oklahoma City.
