Jennifer,

Thomas Fox Taylor is my gg-granduncle as I am directly descended from his sister Elizabeth. Ken Martin, the administrator for this site is my double first-cousin, so we are both descended from the Taylor family.

As a student of the battle of Bayou Menard are you aware of what happened to Thomas Fox Taylor's body after he was turned over by the Federal forces to the Union Cherokee and tortured and murdered by the "Pins"?

Thanks,

Jim Martin
