we were "attached" to a texas group out of coperas cove...can't remember their designation...we were pretty rough, portrayed chickasaw/choctaw mixed bloods. lots of turkey feathers and revolvers! it was dern hot, but a good time. had a good skirmish day before the battle in the creek/woods areas.
